Installation Guide
Step 1: Unboxing
Ensure you have all the necessary components before commencing. Your kit comprises a ground checker, a coil cord, and the earthing product. Verify that all these items are present in your kit.
Step 2: Ground Verification
Insert the ground checker into a wall outlet to ascertain the proper grounding of your electrical system. This vital step establishes a conduit for electrons to flow from your earthing product into the external ground.
Step 3: Connection
Fasten one end of the coil cord to your earthing product plug and secure the opposite end to the grounded prong of your wall outlet. This connection closes the circuit, initiating the grounding process and allowing you to commence your grounding experience.

A regular plug socket found in the U.S. has three holes; two vertical slots and a round hole which is grounded to the Earth and does not carry electricity.

I got one about 2 weeks ago - felt the impacts from day 1. Total game changer, deep sleep, more focus. I am super sensitive to electrical things, cant use a tens machine, cant use medical magnets, I can even feel something that feels like the electrical flow out of me when I use the sheet. Ive had mine since last summer and have to admit it works!! Honestly wake up less achy, joints move better, dreams are lovely!!
